The sustained com- mitment of the Ritz Carlton to become a stakeholder of Brand TCI demonstrates un- wavering confidence in the destination’s appeal to their luxury clientele, and the way is being cleared for imminent construction. The Ministry of Tour- ism is also proud to announce that many other global brands including Six Senses, have formally expressed interest and/or have submitted proposals to the Turks and Caicos Islands government for consideration. On completion of successful negotiations and introduction of these global players to the destination, the Turks and Caicos Islands will become an even more admired regional and international player in the tourism sector. These recent expres- sions of interest are cause for much optimism for the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the Minis- try of Tourism, and the government as a whole, are working tirelessly to bring these proposals to fruition.
